The Babymoov group has been involved in the construction of the various French and European childcare standards for more than fifteen years alongside AFNOR .
Guillaume Bardales, father of three children and Head of the quality department of the Babymoov group, presents his service and his missions to us.

Childcare products are governed by strict regulations to ensure the safety of babies. AFNOR , French Association for Standardization, represents France within international standardization organizations. It also leads the creation of the standards to which the group's childcare articles are subject for its Babymoov and Badabulle brands.

“Several times a year, I join a multidisciplinary commission whose aim is to update, propose and then create new European childcare standards. The subjects of reflection are varied: sleep, transport, sitting, care, liquid food... I exercise my highly technical profession with passion!
This requires addressing the issues through a methodological approach based on a risk analysis while maintaining the pragmatism linked to the actual use of the product."

In order to remain a player in the quality provided to its childcare articles, the founders have chosen to internalize the quality department at the head office in Clermont-Ferrand. Childcare articles are the subject of constant attention at the heart of the Babymoov group's industrial process.
