Order

Once your order ships out, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us at babymoovph@gmail.com right away so that we can accommodate your request. However, if the product has been shipped, please refer to our Returns and Exchanges policy.

Shipping

Unfortunately, we don’t. The shipping fee is charged to the client upon check out.

Orders will be processed and shipped out within 2 to 3 working days from the date of purchase. After pick up, you may expect your order to arrive in 3-4 days for Metro Manila, and 7-9 days for provincial areas.

Shipping costs will depend on the size of your purchases.

Our courier Ninja Van does its best to offer deliveries nationwide. To find out if you are within their serviceable area, you can check out their delivery coverage area here.

You will receive an email with your shipping details and tracking number.

Payments & Billing

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and GCash payments via Paymongo, and manual deposits to BDO and GCash as well.

Unfortunately, we don’t but you can still pay through other methods like GCash or credit card.

Return & Exchange

Replacements or exchanges of Babymoov Philippines products due to change of mind are not allowed. Only Babymoov Philippines products that have hidden defects can be returned or exchanged, and the return or exchange must be made within one (1) month from the date of purchase of the product concerned.

If you find that a Babymoov Philippines product is defective within one (1) month from the date of purchase, kindly send us an email at babymoovph@gmail.com and we will get in touch with you to investigate and provide you with instructions on the matter.

We’re sorry but the lifetime warranty only applies to European countries where Babymoov’s main office is located. Philippines is not part of the lifetime warranty guarantee provided by Babymoov EU.

No. The Babymoov PH warranty policy only applies to the following products:

Nutribaby One, Nutribaby+, Nutribaby+ XL, Nutrismart, Turbo Pure Sterilizer, Hygro+ Humidifier, and the Swoon Motion only.

To avail of your warranty, please present your warranty card issued by Babymoov Philippines as well as the defective product. Without the warranty card, the warranty will be void.
